6.3 General Bonus Terms

• The same offer cannot be claimed more than once unless the promotion description specifically states otherwise.
• There is a set time limit to meet wagering requirements; a bonus will be cancelled if it expires.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• baj reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

7.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Before placing a bet, always double-check the odds, amount, and selected event.

7.2 Cancelled or Suspended Events

If a sports event is cancelled or suspended before its scheduled completion, the original stake for that bet will be refunded, unless the event takes place within a rescheduled timeframe. Special rules may apply depending on the type of event.

7.3 Abnormal Odds and Errors

If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, baj reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the member's account.

In live betting, odds change constantly. The odds displayed before a bet is confirmed may change. The final odds shown on the bet confirmation page are the ones that apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baj and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using a false identity or fake documents
• Abusing or manipulating bonus offers
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or any other artificial means
• Selling or transferring an account to another person
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems
• Attempting to control outcomes by colluding with other members
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions

baj reserves the right not only to close accounts involved in the above activities, but also to forfeit the associated balance and any winnings.

9.1 Suspension by baj

baj may suspend any account temporarily or permanently due to a rule violation, suspicious activity, or the need for an investigation. No deposits, withdrawals, or betting can be carried out from a suspended account.

9.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Before submitting a closure request, withdraw any eligible balance remaining in the account.
